    Location was convenient and excellent facilities. The room is clean and equipped with air purifier and mobile phone. Very friendly staff. Amenities were great.

    Warm welcome at reception and cheerful, lovely staff. Overall stay was fantastic - clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient for food and shopping, though quite a walk from the nearest subway.

    We stayed at Richmond Tenjin for 6 nights. The room was surprisingly big for a twin room. Modern interiors and well maintained. We had asked for high floor and was fortunate to get one. The Housekeeping staff were attentive and during those days when we requested for no cleaning, the staff left a basket of new towels, toiletries, slippers, beverage sachets outside the room for us. Very thoughtful! The front desk staff were also extremely helpful with our travel enquiries. They speak fairly good English and were patient and courteous. Love the buffet breakfast spread. The entrance to the Tenjin underground mall is just a minute’s walk from the hotel. It’s a good 15min (leisure speed) walk to the Tenjin subway station. If you plan to use the JR quite a bit, then I would think staying in Hakata area would be more convenient.

    The hotel was located near to the underground shopping, subway and bus terminal. It makes traveling to places of interest very convenient. There were quite a few convenience stores around and restaurants within 10min walk

    This is our second time at the hotel. We obviously loved it here hence we booked again. The location was perfect, easy to get to, efficient staff (despite the language difficulty sometimes), and the food at the cafe was great.

    The location is. Rey good, just behind the underground street. And, there are several big department stores around the hotel. Besides, the room is not that small, compare with other hotel in Japan
