    The house was large charming and very nicely decorated! Our room was huge and the bed ginormous and the bath was big enough for two!

    Vanessa was a lovely hostess. Calm, friendly, thoughtful. The room was clean, peaceful and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, so many healthy and tasty choices. A perfect setting, just nicely away from the hustle and bustle of beautiful Bath Town Centre. A fun bus ride door to door made commuting easy. Will definitely return some time again.

    Extra comfy bed. Separate bathroom - we don't like en-suite but don't want to share a bathroom either. Loved the bolster and feather pillows. Delicious locally sourced breakfast.

    The room, facilities and the food were all excellent - lovely (apparently award winning) interiors matched a beautiful building, and we were greeted with a delicious continental breakfast in the morning.
