    The location was fine, the couple who owns it is nice. The rooms are completely renovated, so everything is new and nice. I would defo recommend.

    It was an excellent stay. They made sure we enjoyed the experience in Wakayama with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They also offer bike rental which can save a lot of money 😊

    The owner was a kind man. But overall I couldn't recommend this place. It was expensive for a family of four for what it was but it was clean.

    Location was convenient for the city center and the station, facilities were clean (unfortunately there were some dirty people using it but that’s not their fault). Ok if you just need a bed for a night and nothing else is available

    The owner was nice, there was a little kitchen to use and 2 toilets. Everything was clean and tidy.

    Capsule hotel style guesthouse in Wakayama city. Compact and the bed was surprising comfortable. There is a common space in each room with a table and chairs, so there's plenty of space to leave luggage or have a light meal and mingle. It was great for staying one night and moving on to the next city.

    Near from Wakayamashi station around 1 km or 15 minutes walk. From Wakayama station around 2 km by 20 minutes walk. In front of location there was bus stop, so it is very easy to catch the public transportation. The shower room vey small not comfort to take a shower, but there was space for change the cloth.

    El lugar es muy pequeño y personal, por la noche teníamos todo el salón para nosotros solos. El dueño fue muy dulce, trayendo a su hija a trabajar por la mañana. Un lindo lugar familiar!
