    Me gustó la cercanía al metro Las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias Las recepcionistas muy atentos y prestos ayudarnos en todo, a pesar del idioma pero intentaron comprendernos y q nosotros le comprendamos, los desayunos muy completos. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomiendo.

    Our room was small but was absolutely fine. The shower and toilet were clean. Breakfast was fabulous too but the best thing of all were Underground station only 1 minute away! We are sending big thank you to the Lithuanian girl at the Reception.

    Liked the breakfast area in a conservatory looking out over the garden and it’s location to Hounslow west tube station for easy access to Heathrow. Breakfast was very adequate and easy walking distance to the high st for some shopping.

    Location was convenient to Hounslow West tube station and Heathrow airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    Very friendly staff, good car parking, on bus route and 100yrds from underground. Breakfast was continental but very good choices. Rear garden an oasis, all found very good retreat from London but good access.

    This was 7.9 rating. It was more like a 5.9. Carpet was dirty. Room was grotty and need of a major overhaul. Wouldn’t stay there again and one steer clear. Phots on website did not reflect the true conditions of the room. Spoilt whole weekend away.

    The hotel is somehow good but the rooms are quite small. The quality of breakfast needs improvement. The checkout time should be little extended or more flexible.
