    Estaba cerca al Mall y podía pasear sin problema. El desayuno variado pero no tan rico.

    Staff very supportive. They manage to give us a room with a balcony, even if it was not specified on the reservation. Super close to Waterfront. The breakfast is excellent!

    We were given additional time to checkout without additional charge. The room was very clean. The room had a nice view of the table mountain. Nice quality TV with lots of Chanels to choose from Friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome, we enjoyed all the food offered.

    Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was also a gourmet dish. The Hotel location is great and convenient (walking distance to the Waterfront, Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island, Two Oceans Museum, Cape Wheel and the massive Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre). Our Room 5037 had a view of the vibrant Waterfront and impressive Table Mountain! The Hotel is also a 20 - 30 minute 'sight-seeing' drive from Cape town International Airport.

    Location was good - on our first day check in was not very welcoming young lady was very frosty not friendly made no eye contact unfortunately we had the same young lady on check out and met with the same hostility not asked how everything was - did we enjoy our stay - very poor. I mentioned this to the other reception staff as it isn’t acceptable for a 4* hotel very disappointing
