    Everything was perfect, it's so clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was hot with toiletries and good water pressure. Tea/coffee & biscuits supplied. The breakfast was really nice. All the staff were very accommodating. It was absolutely lovely here. Everything was perfect. We arrived quite late and the young lady on duty waited to help us locate the accommodation as the postcode does not take you to the address, she even came out in the damp cold evening to wave us down. All staff are very welcoming. Definitely recommend this place.

    Beautiful setting and perfect for the Leez Priory Wedding Venue which is a short drive or 25 minute walk away. The owner and his staff were very welcoming and more than happy to assist us. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. We would definitely recommend and hope to have another opportunity to stay again!! Excellent value for money !

    Stayed here as was attending a wedding at Lees Priory. I can not recommend this place highley enough, is a little gem! Rooms are loverly, very comfortable & spotless. Surrounding area looks beautiful. Pub itself is full of charm & character. Breakfast is worth the extra £'s. Is so easey if you are visiting Lees Priory for an event as its not even 5min drive away and is easey enough brisk morning walk back to collect a car if needs be!

    location was very convenient for cricket at Chelmsford. room very comfortable and lighting was good,(often a problem in many hotels/B&B's) staff very friendly and helpful.beer very good,food and atmosphere excellent
