Todo el personal muy amable y dispuestos a facilitar todo lo que solicitara. Habitaciones amplias ,cómodas y con mobiliario de diseño. Situado en la calle principal : Long Street. Terraza en último piso con bar- restaurante muy coqueta. Comida muy buena. -

Service was a little slow with only one table, but the omelette was perfect - Extras a bit steep. -

From when we first arrived to the end of our 4 night stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful. the room was immaculately cleaned every day and they even offer a turn down service. our stay included breakfast in the rate and we had breakfast at the restaurant Thirty Ate every morning which was delicious and filling! there is no parking on site however a short walk cross the road to the car park block is easy and the hotel staff escort you there too. the hotel is central to the city which means it does get very noisey at night, so not great for families with young children but it did not bother myself or my husband. the roof top bar is cute and they also have movie nights on some days. I really can't think of anything that i didn't like whilst we stayed here.
