    Only the night male staff was helpful and good, besides that there is really NOTHING GOOD AT ALL, TOO DISAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

    Me & my partner i was booking 1 large bed than they give me 2 single bed,we are couple very difficult to sleep at night because 2 bed join & make it 1 large bed this not good idea than please going to check aircon remot not working.i m always go batam for visit this is first time in L hotel I thought this is very good & comfortable but they make me sad ,if you don't believe just go & check 04-01 corner room.this is not bed for couple tnx & I hopefully check & make better service
