    The hosts were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was AMAZING. Both the continental and full English. So clean it was unreal, and I’ve worked cleaning holiday homes/cottages so I know the work that goes into it! So quaint and beautiful, can’t wait to return!!!

    It’s easy to get to York city centre by park and ride or taxi. The bed was so comfy and lovely place to stay. Margie & Nick are great hosts :) and the breakfast was brilliant both days (opted for continental first day and full English second). We felt really welcome and would definitely recommend! On our last night we went to the waterfront cafe for dinner which is a five minute walk away and the food and cocktails were really nice.
