    The location is great. Just 5 mins away from Hakata station. The room space is much bigger than the hotels in Japan I’ve ever been to.

    It was confortable and near convinience store. If not raining, it is easy to walk to Train/Bus staition.

    I love the condition of the rooms and modern decor. Rooms are looking brand new and located between Hakata Station and Canal City. The staff speak English and so lovely and nice. We had to upgrade our room and they promptly helped us.

    It's lucky to stay in the Royal Park Hotels which provides a quite large room for us. Quiet space and nice view in the room. Staff may give you a warm welcome. Only 5-8mins to Hakata Station and underground.

    So impressed by the front counter staff who took a bit of time to try to find us a head spa massage which was just wonderful. I also really appreciated that every time you walked by the front desk they greeted you - we don't see this quality customer service in Canada. The rain shower head was amazing.
