    The staff was really friendly and accessible. When I exposed my situation and discomfort they promptly took action. They changed my room when I asked to and showed me where I could have a meal or exchange money. Besides, I liked the organization of the fridge. Everything was labeled and had small baskets for each guest, so if someone had left already they wouldn't keep food there rooting. The location was great as well, in one of the main streets. It was close to everything and I could easily walk towards all touristic hotspots.

    Staff were very helpful in assisting me in navigating around the city. Very friendly and acommodating. Facilites were very clean, especially showers.
