    Very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and nicely presented. Lynn and her husband were very good and helpful

    Well it was very good good service our room was very nice clean bedding change all new towels put in the room and breakfast was very nice plenty of it very welcoming it’s a big decently go back again

    Handy for bus to York. Very clean. Excellent home cooked breakfast.

    The breakfast was nice and the owner was very welcoming, even suggested a nice place for dinner. We were offered use of the Lounge area which was furnished very nicely.
