    Las camas cómodas , la limpieza de las habitaciones y baño . La hermosa vista que pedimos y pagamos por ella, no fue otorgada cuando llegamos , pero al exigirla la otorgaron . Buena comida y abundante. Para volver !!!

    Great Resort, had a splendid time here staff were helpful and everything that was asked for was provided. Food is delicious and they have a wide variety to choose from. Plenty of activities and a show every night made this place even Better.

    I had a good time here. The hotels within this big yard are very clean, the rooms could have been bigger. The food is pretty good, I could not complain about it. The snacks are variate and plenty, also you have some snacks and a bar on the beach. Every night the hotel was organizing a show for its customers, shows which were usually nice.

    Comfortable room (family room with balcony), good food anytime of the day. Could be a little bit better but still very okay. You can eat waffles and crepes until 4PM. Swimming pools and public area’s were very clean. The hotel is not as luxurious looking like other ones in the area but I would still recommend if you prefer quality and when you are not too picky.

    We had an excellent week at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to keep the hotel running - from the cleaners, to the chefs, waiters/waitresses, bar tenders and the reception staff. They are constantly working and clearing up, even the managers help the cleaners! Despite the language barrier (many did not speak English), we felt very well looked after. We had an all inclusive stay and the food was outstanding! Two of us are vegetarians and we did not struggle at all, the amount of fresh salads served daily was not something we got tired of and we really appreciated the effort the chefs went to every day with the food. The entertainment is BRILLIIANT, we especially loved the Michael Jackson tribute night! The pools are great too and it is only 200m walking distance to the lovely beach. Highly recommend this hotel and we are looking to return again next year!

    -The hotel was very clean -A large variety of food, the food was good, but nothing extra. I loved the sushi and the salmon, but such food was available only one day per week -The beach is near, it is approximately 5min walk, and there were enough free beach beds. -You have bottled water everywhere, even on the beach, so you don't have to carry water with you, there is also some food available on the beach. -The staff was friendly *I recommend to the hotel to put some instructions in the rooms how to connect to their wifi and how to use the air conditioner (if your window or door is slightly open the air conditioner will not turn on)
